Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and confirm scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day appointments require full payment in advance. Final pricing may vary based on travel distance, service scope, and appointment requirements. Remaining balance is due before service begins. Clients must ensure accurate location details and access at the scheduled time. Delays or inability to complete service due to access issues may result in additional fees. Appointments are subject to cancellation or additional fees if the client is unavailable or more than 15 minutes late. Services are based on standard scope. Additional time, individuals, or service adjustments may incur additional charges. Travel outside service area may incur additional fees.
