Local fingerprinting appointments start at $85 and include one FD-258 card.
Additional cards are $15 each. Extended travel, after-hours, weekend, and expedited appointments are quoted in advance and disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.

What to Expect
Your fingerprinting appointment is simple and straightforward.
1. Prepare
Bring a valid photo ID and any instructions or fingerprint cards provided by the requesting agency.
2. We Come to You
Meet with your fingerprint professional at your scheduled home, workplace, facility, or agreed location.
3. Fingerprints Are Rolled
Your fingerprints are carefully rolled onto the FD-258 card with attention to placement, clarity, and completeness.
4. Card Review
The completed card is reviewed for completeness before being returned to you for submission to the requesting agency.

We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. Any applicable travel, after-hours, weekend, or expedited appointment fees are disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.
Our Re-Roll Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our fingerprinting services. If your FD-258 fingerprint card is rejected due to our rolling technique, Attest Collective will provide one complimentary re-roll at no additional charge. Documentation from the requesting agency may be requested. This guarantee does not apply to rejections resulting from skin condition, agency requirements, or other factors outside our control.
Important Information
Some agencies require electronic or Live Scan fingerprinting through an approved provider, while others require traditional ink fingerprint cards such as the (FD-258).
Before scheduling, confirm with the requesting agency that traditional ink fingerprinting is accepted for your specific requirement.
Attest Collective provides traditional ink fingerprinting only and does not currently provide electronic fingerprint transmission or Lice Scan services.
