Service Description
Mobile I-9 Employment eligibility verification services for employers and remote hires. We meet employees at their location to complete Section 2 verification accurately and efficiently. Flexible scheduling available, including same-day and after-hours appointments. Mobile I-9 verification service. Starting at $75. Travel outside the standard service area may incur additional fees. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining balance is due at the time of service. Full payment is accepted at booking for added convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Client must present original, unexpired documents acceptable for Form I-9 verification at the time of the appointment. Photocopies, digital copied, or expired documents cannot be accepted. If acceptable documentation is not available at the scheduled appointment, the appointment may be considered incomplete and additional fees may apply for a return visit. A deposit is required to secure all appointments and confirm scheduling verification at the time of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day appointments require full payment in advance. Final pricing may vary based on travel distance, service scope, and appointment requirements. Remaining balance is due before service begins. Clients must ensure accurate location details and access at the scheduled time. Delays or inability to complete service due to access issues may result in additional fees. Appointments are subject to cancellation or additional fees if the client is unavailable or more than 15 minutes late. Services are based on standard scope. Additional travel, service adjustments, extended appointment time, or multiple individuals may result in additional charges.
